Do not like the item and want to return? We would happily accept it back!

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

Once the returned item arrives back in Homevenus’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

How to return:

Please send the product and any packaging materials with a receipt or proof of purchase to service@homevenus.com.

Please note that customer is responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs when returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping times may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.

Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will immediately receive an email showing your refunded amount.

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Next contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Average order processing time is 1 business day. Once your order has been placed, an email automatically will be sent from our system to your provided email address.

*Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

All our orders are Express shipping by Fedex/UPS/USPS.(2 to 3 business days)

Please Note: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. This is done to protect all purchases.
